A serious incident was recorded at midday on Wednesday in the village of Domen in Postribë, Shkodër, where a house was reduced to ashes by flames and, as a result, a 24-year-old woman and her two young children lost their lives. The full circumstances remain unclear.
The victims had come from Germany for a holiday
The Çela family lived in Germany and had come to Shkodër for a holiday. According to information reported from the scene, they had arrived that same day in the village of Domen, at the family’s old home.
It is reported that the family lived in the city of Shkodër, while they had gone to the old house to carry out repairs and some other work.
The fire broke out while the mother was in the house with her two children
