After gathering in Skanderbeg Square, participants decided to march toward Police Station No. 1. The aim of their movement was to obtain information about those escorted by police and to demand their release.

During the march, some protesters were carrying bags of eggs and tomatoes in their hands, items that had also been used in previous protests in front of Parliament.

During the clashes, eggs were thrown toward officers, while according to the official version police at some moments used spray with irritant substances. The episode increased tensions on the ground and later led to several protesters being escorted by police.
