Prime Minister Edi Rama has responded again after a debate erupted on social media over the ranking that places Albania in first place in the National Cyber Security Index with 98.33 points. The head of government presented the classification as proof of institutional progress, while describing objections as political and propagandistic attacks.

According to the version made public by the prime minister, Albania ranks first in this global cybersecurity index. After skeptical reactions on social media, Rama insisted that the table does not change because of comments and attacks directed at it.

But beyond political statements, it remains important that such rankings be accompanied by verifiable clarifications and less propaganda, especially when they are used as a seal of success in the name of the state.
