The distribution of intimate videos featuring composer Adrian Hila has moved from social media and news portals to the police, where the first complaint has been officially registered. So far, the official version speaks of several statements, a complaint against the person suspected of putting the materials into circulation, and the referral of the case to the prosecution.

The first complaint and the named individual
According to publicly released information, the first complaint was filed by a singer from Kosovo with the initials E.A., who gave a statement about the circumstances of the incident.
She reported the person who, according to her, distributed the videos, while excluding Adrian Hila from having released them. According to this version as well, the singer mentioned by name one of the people suspected of having sent the materials to news portals.
Four statements to police
Police have so far taken four statements in connection with this case. They include three singers with the initials E.F., B.M. and E.A., as well as the composer himself.
Hila has claimed that the footage was taken from security cameras in his private premises after interference with the system. This remains his claim, and full verification of the circumstances belongs to the investigation.
Under investigation while free
The composer is being investigated while remaining at liberty for the criminal offense of “unlawful interference in private life.” According to the provisions of the Criminal Code, this offense is treated as a criminal contravention and may be punished by a fine or imprisonment of up to two years.
The fact that the investigation is moving in parallel between claims of hacking and suspicions of privacy violations makes the case more complicated than it appeared in the initial public reactions.
Another young artist also questioned
As part of the checks, police have also contacted a young singer with the initials G.H., known from a children’s talent show, who also appears in intimate material with the composer.
According to his statement, the relationship was consensual and began when he was of legal age. This element is also expected to be assessed by investigative authorities in relation to the content of the published materials and the way they were obtained.
Materials sent to the prosecution for four criminal offenses
Tirana Police have referred the materials to the prosecution for four criminal offenses: “Illegal interception of computer data,” “Interference with computer data,” “Misuse of devices,” and “Unlawful interference in private life.”
These legal classifications show that the investigation is not dealing only with the content of the videos, but also with the chain of how they were obtained, accessed and distributed — key points in understanding whether this involves a privacy violation, computer interference, or both together.
At this stage, the case rests on the statements of the people involved and on the official police version, while criminal responsibility remains to be determined by the prosecution’s investigation.
The most sensitive point remains not only how the footage was recorded or obtained, but who put it into circulation and what role each of the people mentioned played.
