For the third day in a row, Prime Minister Edi Rama has publicly repeated his offer of dialogue with the protesters. But on the ground, the position remains unchanged: rejection of the invitation and a direct demand for his removal from office.

The repeated invitation from the Prime Minister’s Office
According to the version made public by the prime minister himself, Rama has once again expressed readiness for dialogue with the students at any time.
The message was once again conveyed through social media, in a line of communication he has kept unchanged for several days.
The “stone table” video as political symbolism
On his Facebook account, Rama again shared the video of the so-called “stone table” of dialogue, placed in front of the Prime Minister’s Office building.
The repetition of the same image for the third consecutive day appears to be an attempt to keep the initiative in the public sphere, even though there is no sign that the other side is accepting this communication framework.
Protesters do not move from their main demand
On the other hand, the protesters continue to reject the prime minister and have not changed their position on his invitation to talks.
Their demand remains Rama’s unconditional resignation, which places the call for dialogue in the face of a clear political deadlock.
At this stage, the public messages from the Prime Minister’s Office and the protesters’ position are moving in opposite directions.
As long as the rejection remains open and the demand for resignation is not withdrawn, the call for dialogue remains more of a one-sided offer than a real process that has begun.
