An unusual urban sculpture has appeared outside Durrës City Hall, immediately drawing the attention of passersby. It is a giant “candy” with a metallic look, placed in one of the city’s most visible spots, while the local institution has still given no public explanation for its placement.
A pop-art object at the entrance to the institution
The installation depicts a giant candy with a glossy blue metallic finish, placed on a granite base. Its appearance immediately stands out, not only because of its size, but also because of its location in front of the Durrës City Hall building.
