Fire outbreaks in Dajt, Mirditë and Pukë have prompted increased deployment by the Armed Forces, with personnel, firefighting vehicles and aerial support. The institution says that in Dajt, Mirditë and Pukë there is no danger to homes, an assessment that comes as additional forces and aircraft have been deployed on the ground.
Operation on Mount Dajt
On Mount Dajt, according to the official statement, operational forces continue their work, supported by 50 Armed Forces personnel and 2 Air Force helicopters.
The Ministry claims that there is currently no danger to residential areas, while the operation remains focused on isolating the fire outbreaks.
Response in Mirditë
In Lufaj, Mirditë, structures on the ground are working with 2 Armed Forces firefighting vehicles and 9 personnel.
According to the official version, the fire outbreak does not pose a danger to homes, although the operation is continuing and the situation remains under observation.
40 personnel also in Pukë
In Fushë-Lajë, Pukë, the operation is being carried out with the deployment of 40 Armed Forces personnel.
For this area as well, the Ministry of Defense says there is no danger to residential areas, while the focus remains on isolating and extinguishing the fire.
