The fire broke out around midday
According to the reported information, the fire was detected at around 12:45 p.m. this Sunday. The flames engulfed a considerable area of olive trees in a peripheral area of Cërrik.
The incident comes during a summer that, in the territory of the Municipality of Cërrik, has been marked by repeated fire episodes and the continuous engagement of the firefighting service.
