Police say that, following investigative actions carried out by the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector in cooperation with Police Station No. 3, they were able to identify the suspected perpetrator.
According to the official version, the suspect is Arber Krrashi, 36, a resident of Tirana. He is suspected of shooting at the two men and then fleeing by vehicle.
