Two rented apartments in Tirana have become the focus of a police operation after authorities claim they were being used for prostitution advertised on social media. According to police, three women were arrested and six mobile phones were also seized.

Police announced the arrest of L. S., 46, and T. S., 21, both from Brazil. According to authorities, the 46-year-old is suspected of exploiting the 21-year-old for prostitution in the rented apartment on Abdyl Frashëri Street.
In another case, M. V., 23, a Colombian national, was also arrested. According to police, she had rented an apartment on Hamdi Sulcebe Street to engage in prostitution.

During actions at the apartment on Abdyl Frashëri Street, police say they found and seized six mobile phones as material evidence.
