An Iranian citizen has sought asylum in Kosovo after being detained at Pristina International Airport “Adem Jashari”, where during checks he presented a Belgian passport that, according to the version made public, was not his.

According to published information, the person was detained during airport control procedures after presenting a Belgian travel document.
