A serious road accident was recorded today on the national Çermë-Divjakë road, in the Çermë Shkumbin area, where a 39-year-old man lost his life after two vehicles collided. According to information reported from the scene, five other people were injured and were taken to hospital.

According to preliminary information, two vehicles were involved in the accident, a BMW and an Opel, which collided head-on on the national Çermë-Divjakë road.
The victim was identified as 39-year-old Barjam Kacani, who was traveling in the Opel. The specific circumstances of how the vehicles were moving have not yet been made known by the authorities.
Five injured, including three children
In the other vehicle, according to reporting from the scene, five people were injured. Three of them are children and, according to the preliminary version, they are out of danger for their lives.
The injured were transported by ambulance to Lushnje hospital, where they are receiving medical assistance.
