The head of government has confirmed that Vlora Hyseni is being removed immediately from leading the State Intelligence Service after a house arrest measure was ordered against her. Edi Rama’s reaction came from New York, where he is attending the UN General Assembly, as he stressed that the case must be handled by the justice system without political interference.
Rama accepts the measure and announces the dismissal
In his public reaction, Rama said he had been informed of the house arrest measure issued by SPAK against the SHISH director and that he expects any suspicions raised by the prosecution body to be fully investigated through the judicial process.
