The daily gathering of protesters outside central institutions has entered its 90th day, with another march from Skanderbeg Square toward the Prime Minister’s Office and fresh accusations against the authorities over how the protest is being handled.
Repeated march toward the Prime Minister’s Office
As on previous days, protesters gathered in Skanderbeg Square and continued their march toward the Prime Minister’s Office building.
The gathering took place on the boulevard, where a podium had also been set up from which speeches were delivered and political accusations were voiced.

Accusations were again part of the speeches, while the protest maintained the same line of verbal confrontation with the government and the socialist majority.
In the absence of an official version made public regarding the episodes reported from the protest, it remains unclear on what basis action was taken against the participants mentioned by the organizers.
Claim of two arrests near the Socialist Party headquarters
According to the protesters, two people were arrested near the headquarters of the Socialist Party, in the area where the meeting called by Prime Minister Edi Rama was expected to take place.
According to the same claim, they were carrying eggs and tomatoes. At this stage, there is no further public information clarifying the circumstances of their detention or the measure taken against them.
The incident raises further questions about how political gatherings are managed in the capital, especially when the confrontation shifts near party headquarters and central institutions.
