Vlora Hyseni, the head of SHISH, returned to Albania through Morinë after movements that raised questions about her whereabouts during the day. According to the official version, she was in Prishtina and then asked to be escorted to the border crossing point, where she was taken by Albanian authorities.

Albanian authorities took Hyseni at the Morinë border crossing at around 19:00. Police checks, according to the publicly released information, showed that she had been in Prishtina during the day.

How the return to the border was carried out
According to the official version, when Hyseni learned that the Albanian side had requested the assistance of the Kosovo authorities to verify whether she was on Kosovo territory, she contacted the Kosovo side.
Then, according to the same preliminary information, she asked to be escorted to Morinë, where she was handed over to Albanian authorities.
