Roads to be closed before the match

According to police, from 4:00 p.m. until the end of the event, Mother Teresa Square, Lekë Dukagjini Street, Dervish Hima Street and the areas around the stadium will be blocked.

In practice, this means restricted vehicle movement in one of Tirana’s busiest areas, during a time slot when traffic usually remains heavy.

Separate routes for the fans of the two teams

Police have set separate movements for Partizani fans and Tirana fans, not allowing, according to the official version, gatherings or passage outside the designated routes.

Partizani fans will depart from the Engineering area, on 21 Dhjetori Street, then to Libri Universitar, alongside the Presidency, on Gjergj Filipi Street, at Coin, and then continue toward the N stand.

KF Tirana fans will move from Skanderbeg Square, to the former Dajti Hotel, Dajti Bridge, turn back at ETC, onto Elbasan Road, then onto Dervish Hima Street, toward Sheh Ahmet Pazari Street and Ambasador 3, heading to the V-S entrances.

Strict checks and bans at the entrance

Authorities are warning of rigorous checks before entry to the stadium for prohibited items, including hard objects, water bottles, umbrellas, metal keys and pyrotechnic materials.

Every fan must present an identification document. According to police, entry will not be allowed for people without ID, while children under 16 cannot enter without a parent or legal guardian, even if they have a ticket.

Who will remain outside the stadium

The announcement also states that fans previously identified by police as problematic at sporting events will not be allowed to enter.

Police are asking citizens to avoid driving on the mentioned segments during the closure hours, while the entire organization is presented as part of the measures plan for order and security during the derby.

For Tirana residents, the derby brings not only sporting intensity, but also concrete restrictions on traffic and access to the stadium area.

For fans, entry to the National Arena this time will pass through stricter filters and movements closely controlled by police.
