Monday is expected to bring a rather unsettled weather pattern across the country, with increasing cloud cover, rainfall and episodes of thunderstorms in some areas. According to the forecast, the deterioration will begin around midday, initially affecting the south before spreading to other parts of the territory.

Clouds and rain from midday
The forecast signals intervals of clear skies alternating with moderate to dense cloud cover, especially from midday onward.
Rainfall is expected to begin first in the south with low intensity and an intermittent nature, gradually spreading to the rest of the country.
Thunderstorms in the south and some central areas
In the southern region and partly in central areas, the rainfall is forecast to take the form of short-lived thunderstorms.
According to the official forecast, these episodes may also be accompanied by lightning, increasing the risk for movement in open terrain during the afternoon hours.
Morning fog, limited visibility
Dense fog or mist is expected in the early hours of the day, a situation that may also repeat during periods of rainfall.
This may cause difficulties for traffic, especially on routes where visibility drops significantly.
Stronger wind along the coast and in valleys
The wind is expected to blow from the northeast-southeast direction at an average speed of around 9 meters per second.
Along the coastline and in valley areas, according to the forecast, the wind may strengthen to up to 19 meters per second. At sea, waves of force 3 to 5 are expected.
If this forecast is confirmed on the ground, the most sensitive part of the day remains the afternoon, when rain and thunderstorms may affect movement and activities in several counties.
For coastal areas, valleys and the south, conditions appear more problematic than on a typical autumn day, so the main focus remains on wind, visibility and short episodes of higher intensity.
